Paul Merson interview on SSN

What a great interview Merson gave Sky Sports News! 'The buck stops with me. I brought in every one of those players and I haven't got the best out of them. It's my fault.' I wonder if NW was watching. And were the board watching when he said 'The Chairman said 'I think we'll have a riot on our hands if we don't do something' '? So their chairman does care what the fans think and there's only about 5,000 of them!
It just shows you that some people do know what honesty really is whilst our manager questions the honesty of the players but says he will hang on thus showing that he is dishonest when it comes to assessing his own performance.
Merson may have had his problems but he was a good player and, despite his failing at Walsall he seems like a good bloke. I wonder if the same can be said of NW.
