I did my old man's eulogy. I wrote it, let Mrs B read it,and used her for feedback and that, but apart from that I just did it on the day - none of the rest of the family knew what I was going to say. And even though I'd written a structure, i kind of busked it on the day.
It went well I think. Fuck knows if that's any use to anyone else. It probably depends on you, your family, your old man etc.
I felt v. comfy not doing it in advance to my family, because my older siblings all said "f**k no, we're not doing it, it's down to you Matty, you're good at this sort of thing." f**king thanks lads, I'll just do it myself then shall I?
