This is a good point

Parents could spunk every last penny on private education due to the poor state of our schools and hardly afford to make them sandwiches ..whilst a multi millionaire could decide on leaving their child at state school and get a free meal ..

No wonder Labour can't make inroads to this horrible Tory party.
