I have only idea what he is talking about most of the time. Virtually said

lots of things but actually said nothing other than the reason he's not involved in academies is not because he has no great coaching ability or experience, but rather because they are based on technique and fundamental skill rather than huff and puff, because we followed the academies those idiot foreigners in Spain set up (actually they were all following the cruyff model from Barcelona but hey).
