The reasons why I think he should go now

Its all fair and well saying that he should be given until the end of the season, but we arent going to make the playoffs and therefore this season is going to be a failure.

We are told that the board cares and that they listen to us but I cant help thinking that part of their hesitation to act is because of their personal relationships with the manager. This really annoys me because the decision should be a professional one only.

If we going to make changes in the summer then we should make them now. This would allow a new manager time to assess the players and decide who he wants to let go and who he might want to bring in.

We are told that worthy hasnt lost the dressing room, well to be honest I dont buy that. You only have to watch the way the team are playing to see that there are big problems within the squad.

Lets get this sorted now and bring someone else in, then maybe we can get rid of the poisonous atmosphere surrounding the club.
