scrambled egg on toast

(Having just got back from a bike ride on my day off into lovely Essex. 100km, with the first 50 into a headwind Yuck.

And struck by the number of union flags in front gardens. And how odd I found that, when presumably in other countries people wouldn't find it at all surprising? My very British liberal discomfort with overt patriotism, I guess...)
