Personally, i believe patience and stability are the key

Nigel has done a good job for us, he as brought in experienced players to the club like Hughes and Thorne. He has developed young players and given them a good run in the first team. He has taken us from well below mid table of the 1st division to just below mid table of the championship and I for one cannot believe that people are calling for him and his deputies to be sacked.
This is just a knee jerk reaction and infinite patience is required and with hard work we will pull through this and manage to finish the season safe in the knowledge that championship football is secured for another season, prudence with ambition i think its called.
