The much bigger risk is....

...when the top 5 or 6 turn around and tell everyone else 'the streaming figures show that 80% of punters are paying to watch *US*. Let's renegotiate that revenue sharing agreement accordingly...'

It will be a slippery slope, but it is unavoidable. At some point the powers that be will decide the revenue is more important than whether it affects match attendance etc.
