I'm not complaining as such ..

Just a bit surprised that a multi million pound business "appears" to make such a reactionary decision to restructure without apparently identifying key figures to lead it!

The club should have a well publicized strategy and long term vision.

Again this always seems to come back to communications.

It always appears to be so amateurish at best.
