The UK's productivity slammed to a halt last week

as anxious workers awaited details of Norwich City's corporate restructure arrangements.

Chancellor Phillip Hammond said, "Now the announcement's been made I fully expect productivity to surge next week. Overall I'm sure it will only cost the country a few billion."
