Rapid devaluation of ITFC ?

Not long ago ?500k got you 5% of ITFC making the Binners capitalisation at ?10m

Now it appears that ?175k will get you 5% of ITFC
making the Binners capitalisation ?3.5m

65% reduction in a matter of weeks!!!!!!

The conversion of the loan notes into shares by Ms Bellingham doesnt give the Binners any new cash.

In addition the new money (?250k) they have got is probably needed to help pay for Lee & Williams (after the previous attempt to get ?500k from an investor for transfers had to be aborted). Their transfer fees were ?400k in total with probably ?200k cash paid in January and ?200k to be paid next season.
