A British football club that has been taken-over by foreigners, has a foreign manager, a lot of foreign first-team players, foreign youth players, foreign made shirts, foreign club sponsors, a lot of the players wages are spent abroad etc. Such clubs are losing their identity.

When so-called British clubs play in European competitions it might as well be a match between two foreign clubs.

A British business expanding to trade internationally is quite a different thing.
