This whole appointment from Sorting Director to manager/coach is as important as I can

remember.
One year parachute left, fans and club appear to be totally disengaged, fans looking to jump on any wrong move, even the local press are as savage as I can recall.
A Ricky Martin or Stuart Pearce type appointment could be disastrous.
