Do we really need to restructure the club

Couldn't we have just replaced moxey, and then replaced neil. Surely getting a manager in now is more preferable than f**king about with Irvine in charge, at least the new man could see the players in a competitive environment before deciding who to get shot of etc.
the more games the better
