can be just about ,guaranteed it'd just be the terms of that membership that would be up for negotiation.
what the choice was before was EU membership as part of the UK, with all the opt outs already negotiated vs. having to start from scratch and the probability of no opts
now what you'll have is No-EU membership, no single market membership, no customs union membership and possibly no deal of any sort vs. something akin to what there is right now - opt outs probably gone, but they can at least point to what other EU members have and give far more solidity to the future
both futures are leaps into the unknown - the pro-Brexit Unionist politicians are going to have to tie themselves up in hypocritical knots if the indy ref goes ahead - then again the article 50 bill that went through yesterday shows that isn't anything new
