I know that we should not make snap decisions

(See numerous threads of yesterday) but it seems to me that we had the perfect opportunity to look at the structure overall when McNally went 'suddenly'. Then we went through the Jez not getting it era so presumably the new structure process started with his departure. While we may not need to do an instant reaction it feels like there's quite a lot of stuff that could have been moving along that would have at least led to a shorter decision making process and not having Irvine in charge for many more games. I assume that the anti-snappers think Derby are wrong for appointing Rowett the day after sacking Schteve?
