You probably spend all day following him around apologising for his actions. Back in the day the richest developer I ever worked with, a multi millionaire in Cambridge was also worst customer I ever had the misfortune to work for too. Absolute nightmare of a man but by god did he get houses built on time and on cost - those sort of people seem to get the work done.
