rebuilding..... Im actually optimistic.

Looking at the squad, we could dump a number of older players and still have a pretty decent nucleus of talent.

Where we clearly need rebuilding is at the back.

We need to ditch Whitts, R Martin, Klose, Turner and Bassong.

I would also dump the following.
Naismith, Lafferty, Mulumbu, Jarvis, Ruddy, McGovern.

The above would free up tremendous wages.

Use some of the cash to bring in some cheaper talent and some solid loans from the PL.

We need a coach who has been proven to have the ability to set up a solid defense.
