But as a management style it only works for 6 months. You need to then develop and he didn't. Also telling publicly loads of players he was effectively sacking them would have been the last straw. I suspect that players weren't playing well because they didn't believe in his methods and his attitude isolated them. I suspect the hoard did for him because they realised that he had done too far
