At one level, that's funny

But equally, what the Board did to AN today is deeply unprofessional. They have really made him look like a tool by letting him go out and do the presser. Why didnt they sack him on Sunday after a shambolic showing? Or on Wednesday morning?

Call me old fashioned, but it costs nothing to treat people with respect, even if they're getting sacked - in a way, it's even more important then. The Board have really let themselves down today by doing that of you ask me.
