We need to do something now...

All we keep doing is setting new deadlines...We had a bad start to the season people said give him a few weeks, then people said give him till middle of november, then xmas and so on...We need to get rid of him now, give a new manager and a chance to work out what he wants and then use the summer to re-build. At the rate we going at the minute we're still gonna be saying give him a few games into next season.
