Pic Of Neil On Pink Un Main Story

....looks like Ricky Martin standing next to Neil, is he on the bench for games? I've never seen him there but remember, with some disquiet, him joining in the coaching staffs bundle after the Play Off win.

He may, of course, be a supreme talent but if he is, I wonder why he hasn't, as so many of our non-first team coaching staff, hasn't be headhunted away by now.

His role does seem a bit vague, is he Gary Karsa in a suit?
