Standard response received from ND

Please could you phone me to discuss you have made some very valid points but they are too complex to reply by e-mail.

That should read, I am receiving too many e-mails from disgruntled supporters and don't have the time to reply to them.

There is nothing complex about it, in fact it is very very simple - sever his contract immediately. Couldn't be easier.
