Karl, thanks for your email. Everyone at Carrow Road - the Board, Nigel, myself, the staff, are totally committed to and passionate about Norwich City.

Unfortunately, changing your manager offers absolutely no certainty that things will improve. There are many, many clubs who have found this to their cost.

The Board will continue to take all decisions in the long-term best interests of the football club - however easy or difficult that might be.
