Actually if I did email ND, I would say something like

"Don't you think it is a shame that fans need to turn nasty to be heard here?

It's all ok doing 'question and answer' sessions and then when the people that turn up either haven't the nerve to ask what people are thinking, or the the majority don't get heard because the majority don't turn up. Considering there are many supporters groups that travel to home and away games, don't you think you should organise some better more accessible versions of these meetings, so that the core of the support get heard, not just whoevers in Norwich on that day?

Also don't you think it was a bit planned that you chose your latest one before the derby and not afterwards, and you chose do it with 3 new signings to ease the tension. I bet if you held last weeks 'meet the board' function today you'd get more than you bargained for. Maybe this is why you held it last week?

I just think a club that tries it's best to say they communicate with the fans as much as possible and want the fans view, certainly plan their feedback sessions well to avoid the real issues

I think it's a pity that fans are now going about organising protests and demonstrations against the club. It shows a distinct lack of everything you say you try to achieve

I also think it is a shame that the only way to be truely listened to is to have huge numbers amount of the same people saying the same things to get a point of view across

Many felt and saw the demise of this club away to Stoke earlier on this season, and you tried to appease those fans that night

That was the end of August and you are still trying to appease the same fans that have been worried, and rightly so for over 4 months now

Also, constantly being told Norwich are the Charlton, West Ham, Palace or Southampton model doesn't wash with a lot of people. Norwich are nothing like any of those clubs, Norwich are Norwich

I don't like the idea of fans disrupting the day to day running of this club by acting this way. I know you or the board don't either. But in reality, what choice do you really honestly give them?"
