Here we go!!!

Basically it boils down to the fact that the board lack ambition. They wont sack the f**ker for whatever reason - some of 'his' replacements as mentioned earlier also lack ambition and experience. FFS we 'were / are' a fantastic club with fans that most clubs are envious about, stable with our finances and have a great stadium and training set up - we really shouldn't have too much a problem with attracting bigger names with more experience - although I wouldn't mind giving Mark Bowen a chance as manager. The lack of youth coming through worries me. Back in the late 80's early 90's (when I started supporting this club) we had a reputation for bringing up and nurturing young talent. We as fans loved the youth players coming through but under worthington with the possible exception of Shacks, Hendo etc this hasnt happened! When they have been encouraged to step up they are sold (Crowe - really don't know why?) or just dropped into no mans land - R Jarvis etc. Instead Worthless has bought journeyman from rival clubs who are not even good enough to make their own first team. Again this to me shows lack of ambition. I dont really think it stems from Delia and MWJ alone as they have supplied an awful lot of their own time and money into our own club (which I will be enteranally grateful for) but they lack a certain sense of direction which allows the club to move forward. They are affraid of new direction. They havn't thought of an ideal replacement and therefore are happy to keep Worthless. But in doing so he is wasting our / their money and time and support because currently the only direction we are going in is downhill and fast.

Please pluck up the courage and say enough is enough Nigel thanks for all you have done but we have given you enough chances and we havn't seen any improvement.

To the fans
Maybe losing the Derby wasn't such a bad thing. It shows everyone just how backward we have got this season. Worthless outers have been saying since the start of the season his tactics are non existent and he as run out of ideas, bad transfers etc. Worthy inners if there are any left can you still not see this????? We all wont once best for the club but do you really think this man is still doing a good job?
