I'm talking about making a change to the midfield or to the shape of the team that enables us to keep the ball better, give them an attacking threat to worry about and relieve the pressure during a spell where it was clear they were getting on top.

His substitution as Newcastle was poor for the same reason as he took off basically our only threat on the counter attack and just let them have the ball.
