Interesting insight into the managers thinking in this interview

Surely if you are not having enough of the ball you try and change it so you get/keep the ball better and push them back rather than simply accept you can't get the ball off Bristol sodding City and bring on an extra CB (too late in any event).

He is a reactive manager and I can't recall him ever making a change that has significantly altered the pattern of a game for the better.
