MWJ - addendum

A few things that slipped my mind in the last post.

He agrees that with the players that we've got we should be doing better. And that we don't play as a team.

He also revealed that NW has been "tearing his hair out" in frustration at the discrepancy between how well pre-match preparations have gone and the result on the pitch. Apparently, NW's lowest point was after the Derby game.

MWJ said that they have never even considered replacing NW. But in a separate part of the conversation he did reveal which managers he wouldn't want here/ which managers he didn't think we could attract: Phil Parkinson (wouldn't want to come), Ian Crook and Mark Bowen (not enough high level experience).

He also confirmed that paying off NW's contract is not a practical problem and doesn't have any bearing on the board's support for the manager.
