oyster? You know my Grandad's sister lived in Glasgow until she passed away, Scottish people were very very kind to her. And my Grandad and his fellow Poles. I suppose the thing is Oyster's are kind of a treat, don't chef's sort of say don't mess with them? Taste them as natural as possible. I dunno, I'll try most things in my mouth - Jumbo and Garry exempt from this discussion.
