I'd prefer not to stick with him just in the hope that he'll find a way to sort it all out.
He needs to find a way to motivate the senior players in the games that remain in a way that he hasn't so far this season.
And/or he needs to bring in some of the supposedly talented youngsters (who in the main are players that he brought to the club) and get them gelled into the team.
Generally, he needs to extract performances that are less s**t than some of the recent ones, including this weekends effort in Sheffield.
If he cant do that, then I see no reason to think he's going to oversee a revolution successfully in the summer. His track record in the transfer market is poor at best, and that's over a time when he's had lavish resources.
