He's talking collectively not individually .. even included himself

He's obviously a good bloke and cares ...but despite having a heart of a lion he's just as culpable with all his missed chances.

His interview inadvertently reflects really badly on the management team because it really is their job to ENSURE their strategy is translated into performance.

At least we should be able to beat Brizzle ... ahem
