are the board capable of appointing a new manager?

when hamilton went, they just took the easy option of recruiting from within and to be fair it worked.

but I don't think they'd have a clue who the f**k to appoint as delia and michael would surely have the final say and if they had any grasp of this game they would know worthy's time was up already.

or do they take enjoyment from seeing the club destroyed. i just can't work it out. they have been very quiet of late though. surely another vote of confidence wouldn't go amiss.
