On the pitch leaders IMO. Russell Martin is our only one (maybe Tettey too) and gets picked on personality. We need more Bradley Johnsons, Holts, Mackey's, Iwans etc. That's why we lose to Newcastle and Liverpool matches, although in fairness freak results like that can happen in sport/football. More telling for me are the Birmingham, Barnsley, Rotherham, Burton games. As if we've lost to Rotherham and Burton. FFS. Both those teams have out battled us and that's down to attitude. One image of the season for me is the pic that Klose posted after we beat Forest away of the team in the changing rooms with caption 'this team'. What!? 5/10/15 years ago he'd have the piss taken out of him for that and he's our kicker/bruiser CB. Maybe that's modern world I don't know.

Regarding Neil, he talks a lot of sense IMO. However, someone said earlier we're a worse than 2 a seasons ago and we are. His signings have been poor and he clearly needs to go.

On the positive side we do have some good young players, one year of parchutte payments left . With right person and recruitment we could still have a decent crack at it next season.
