I don't think they are happy with

being a mediocre mid table team, but they don't want to lose control and are just out of their depth and don't know what to do. Which is understandable, why should a celebrity chef and a dancing politician be good at running a football club. It is their fault however that they allowed themselves and the club to get into this position.
