Is it too late to mention the Crema Catalana (google it) I had in Madrid?

Maybe it was a Madrileño revenge on the Catalans, but the fact that I was in a restaurant was the only reason the one spoonful that passed my lips stayed down. It seriously tasted like someone had already eaten it once. Not just up there with the worst food I've eaten, but one of the worst things I've put in my mouth.
