For at least ten minutes prior to their goal everyone could

See it needed changing. Naismith (who shouldn't have been picked on the basis of that display as he was miles off the pace) needed replacing and we needed to be proactive and take back control of the game. He didn't consider changing it til they scored. As usual. He just doesn't have any ability to influence games positively and earns us zero points through his management.

We have other issues as well, not enough character in that side to go on to win that game having got level. Other Norwich sides of the not too distant past would have found a way. This lot just don't seem to quite have it in them.

Ultimately we are poorly coach, poorly organised, poorly managed and I think not quite fit enough and that combined makes this team less than the sum of its parts. I was genuinely surprised how bad Ipswich actually were today. I expected them to be a lot better based on their recent results. But we still could not manage to beat them.
