U r a young footballer in E.Anglia - NCFC & ITFC want to sign u - who do you choose

Answer - one side develops youth and gives youngsters a chance. Other one rarely gives its youth an opportunity and would prefer to take temporary loans when faced with injuries. If you were a kid faced with this choice and putting aside personal prejudices it would be a no brainer of a choice.
