I'd go with a recommended estate agent + your own choice of solicitor

a colleague used Purple Bricks recently. Fine for what he needed on the agency side BUT he had to use their panel conveyancing firm who were absolutely s**te. He had to chase hard, correct their work etc, almost lost the sale due to delays caused by the conveyancers etc.

He doesn't think the money saved was worth it given the hassle involved from having to use their lawyers.

Lambert Pugh in Norwich are fine for conveyancing, by the way. Have used them and whilst cheap and paralegal led, they were efficient which is all you need as the seller.
