Can anyone recommend a good all inclusive holiday?

10 nights - canaries or med island would be great.
No idea how much a decent all inclusive should cost - for somewhere nice with decent food is £800pp too low?

Someone told me yesterday they got a 4 star all inclusive place in July for £400 per head
