Nasty car crash up the road from me this morning.

Went out to see if I could help, but mainly just for a nosey, and got talking to the coppers on the scene.

Someone, either drunk or not paying attention for whatever reason, drifted over onto the other side of the road, not very far, but far enough to clip a car coming the other way. The driver at fault is going to be OK, but the woman driving the car he hit is apparently going to be lucky to survive.

One of the traffic police said to me it was the worst road incident he's seen in these parts for years.

Suddenly SCC popped up behind us and said "yeah, that crash is bad, but it's nowhere near as bad as Norwich City under Alex Neal, am I right?"
