Right. So the big conclusion here maybe is - they're a lot weaker than BM & Barca

and have been for quite a few years.

Which in itself is pretty disappointing - for example, I think their player budget is not far off Bayern's. Not an obvious excuse for being so much worse than them, season after season? (Or alternatively, guess you could say you're comparing them with two of the three best teams in Europe over the past decade, alongside Madrid).
