Just seen the post match interview with Alex Neil,

It looks to me like he's getting that bullish confidence back the he had when he arrived. He looks a lot happier, healthier and like he's got his focus back.

Obviously that's not to say that everything is now right and well. For example there are still problems with the defence switching off and leaking goals. Also we had just smashed the opposition to pieces so naturally everything will seem better.

I've been watching his interviews closely though over the last couple of months and even showed a selection of them to my missus (who is a psychologist). She noted how much his body language has changed recently and how he's looking more like the guy he was at the start of his NCFC tenure. I hope he carries on we get back to where we want to be. That would be ace.
