he's learning, people really ought to cut him some slack

not his fault that wigans upstarts didn't adhere to the 1-0 away win strategy that worked so perfectly against the cardiffs only a few short days ago. if the wigans had adhered to that tried and tested plan and not scored then we'd be firmly in the play-offs positions now and alex neil would be lauded a hero on here by everyone. it's easy to be fickle when things aren't going so well.
