...one other question: why on the sheet does 500 not equal 4.405kg as that's what client tells me the weight should be for £500?..

if 500 is 4.405 then 20 is 0.1762 (i've updated sheet 2 to show)

Because if 500 = 4.405, 20 doesn't equal 0.175! (It equals 4.405/500*20=0.1762)
