NW is just doing his job. He isn?t good enough to do it, but he is giving it his best shot (which isn?t good enough).

No, for me it is Delia and co where fans anger and frustration should be aimed at. They are continuially backing the man who many of us would like replaced.

If we continue to stutter along as we are and the board continue to back NW then they are taking the piss out of us.

NW is in a very well paid job and obviously likes working here and his family enjoy living here, he is not going to voluntarily give all that up. It is the boards job to sack him.

They are burying their heads in the sand, and it is very unfortunate that things are going to have to get nasty now in order to push the board into making the decision that we all know is necessary for the good of our club.

I like NW as a man and it is going to be a shame for him to have to leave the club in the circumstances that i am envisaging after what he did for us but with games away to Leeds, Palace, Preston, Burnley and Cardiff still to come as well as Sheffield utd, Wolves and Qpr at home i can only see one outcome and it is going to be unpleasant for all concerned.
