Everyone wants to eat one but the idea of eating one is always better than actually eating one, you wait ages for it to turn up, it's never as nice as expected, it's overpriced and someone tells you that you have to add parsnips to make it a nice roast but you regret it and end up paying for it later. Then if your roast is cold or undercooked, you complain to the manager and they say, "The chef is a good chef, we want to keep him for ten years, he won chef of the month in August and he makes good roasts, be thankful we're not making you eat any of this foreign Russian or Saudi Arabian food that other restaurants serve, we're a community pub."
