Think We Have to Be Consistent

I for one am sick of the policy of buying journeyman rather than giving the kids a go. We must also look at this from the managerial point of view. I agree with Westfields in that lets give David Williams a crack of the whip. The policy of this club must be to develop our own. Both players and managers.
