how is it ambitious...

to keep a manager who has never shown any aptitude for tactics in 5 years and who has made crap decision after crap decsion for nearky 2 years. How does it help the club' FUTURE to never blood or buy young talent but keep buying/loaning an endless stream of average journeymen. How many players has Worthy signed who we have subsequently been able to sell for a profit. He is always just looking for a short-term fix to try to keep him in his job for another week. And now, to add to that, the players clearly won't play for him any more.
