I'm not sure it's fair to compare the USA with those nations.

Slightly different scale, both in influence and quantity. Also it's not really necessary to continually state one's opinion just in case you might in the future have to justify a position on something else. It's surely a given that most people would not agree with faith or ethnically based discrimination (or discrimination of pretty much any kind, really).

You seem to be ok with it, and that's your entitlement, but surely others can oppose that opinion?
